The 7-3 and No. 14 ranked Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks girls soccer team will play their first ranked game in program history tonight. . The Golden Hawks will also be playing their last home game of the season tonight, hosting Holy Trinity. Mid-Prairie has 56 goals on the season, and three games worth 10-0 shutouts, but their only three losses have come at home.
Holy Trinity comes in 5-2 with 15 goals and a two game winning streak, one being a 7-0 shutout on the road. Holy Trinity’s goal keeper, Megan Spears, has only allowed two goals in 36 shots. Spears will have to stop Mid-Prairie’s Alison Riggan who has 18 goals on the season.
