A couple of area girls ran at the Iowa all-star cross country meet.

Ella Feldman of Lone Tree, and Caitlin Chaney of Columbus Junction both were invited and ran at the meet this past weekend.

Feldman finished in 29th, and was the seventh runner for the southeast team with a time of 20:23, Chaney finished in 61st with a time of 21:52.

The southeast team finished second at the meet with 47 points, just six points behind the Northeast.
