The waiver hearing for a Libertyville juvenile accused of giving birth and leaving the baby to die has been continued. The next hearing in Jefferson County is set for February 12th. In early November, the prosecution filed a waiver to have the 15-year-old tried as an adult. At the hearing, the juvenile, who’s charged with Child Endangerment Resulting in Death,  was released from detention and is now under house arrest.
