Celebration of life services for 69-year-old William D. “Bill” Witthoft of Washington will be held at 11am Saturday, January 18th at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at noon Friday, January 17th at the funeral home, where family will receive friends from 5 until 8pm. A memorial in Bill’s name has been established for Marr Park.
