Funeral Services for 90 year-old Raymond ‘Virgil’ Curtis of Richmond will be on Wednesday, January 22 at 10:30am at the Fremont Funeral Chapel in Fremont. Visitation will begin at 9am Wednesday and will continue until 10am when Masonic Rites will be offered. Burial will follow in Memorial Lawn Cemetery near Ottumwa with military honors provided by Richland American Legion #504. The Fremont Funeral Chapel is handling the arrangements.
