The Wellman City Council recently added a project to the work they’re having done at the wastewater plant. On top of the replacement of an out of date piece of equipment, the addition of a bypass channel and building a structure to house the channel, four valves will be replaced. The additional work increases the estimated cost of $800,000 by 10 grand. Bids for the project are due by January 30th.
