Four area fire departments responded to a call yesterday. According to the Washington Sheriff’s Office, a shed was fully engulfed at 557 South Street in Richmond at 1:53 p.m. Kalona Fire, Riverside Fire, Wellman Fire and Washington Fire Department were at the scene, as well as Kalona QRS.

The fire was extinguished, however, at 11:43 p.m. last night it was reported that the fire had rekindled. Kalona Fire Department responded to this call and extinguished the fire.
