A ribbon cutting was held by the Washington Chamber of Commerce at the Hills Bank and Trust in Washington Monday afternoon. The Washington bank is the branch’s 18th location, third in Washington County. The bank on the east side of Washington opened in June.

Work began on the location last August, after the city council had approved the site plan. The Washington location was first announced by the company in September of 2013.
