The Washington boys track team participated at Tuesday’s Hawk Co-Ed Relays at Mid-Prairie High School in Wellman.

The Demons finished 13th out of 16 teams with their score of eight points. Mount Pleasant won the team championship with 91 points. Scoring points for the Demons were Jack Giardino placing fifth in the 100m dash with a time of 11.75 seconds, The Demon 4×200 team of Ethan Hansen, Bryce Rickey, Tanner Murphy and Jose Tipia in sixth place with a time of 1:38.47, and Caleb Bex in fourth place in the 110m hurdles with a time of 16 seconds.

The Demons will next be in action Thursday when they travel to Winfield-Mt. Union.
