A work session is being held Tuesday regarding a building for Washington County Public Health. The meeting will be a joint meeting of the Washington County Board of Supervisors and the Washington County Public Health Board. The Board of Health is holding the conversation looking at the former McCleery Calendar Factory building and have been gathering data with Hobart Historic Restoration over the last month and a half. The calendar factory was built originally in 1923 and it ceased operations in 1958, when the factory moved to another location in town. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is located at  826 East Third Street. This is a preliminary discussion, as more information is gathered. The meeting will be held at 11 a.m. at the Washington Public Library.
