Tuesday, in a doubleheader against Louisa-Muscatine, the Iowa Mennonite School basketball program will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the schools 1992 boys state basketball championship.

The team collected 24 wins on the season, rolling through the year and into the state tournament. Once at State IMS clobbered Grundy Center in the quarterfinals 89-50. In the semifinals Iowa Mennonite beat Sioux Center 64-60 and then IMS finished off their run, beating Clear Creek Amana 63-50 in the championship game.
