Larry Thurman

A North English man was arrested in Washington County Thursday for sexual abuse charges. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 12:30 p.m. an officer was going to the Washington County Jail with an arrest in reference to a previous case. Fifty-one-year-old Larry Allen Thurman was arrested for sexual abuse in the third degree, indecent exposure, and incest.
