The Lone Tree Lady Lion track team took part in indoor competition Saturday at the H.S. Kuyper Fieldhouse on the campus of Central College in Pella.

The best finishes for Lone Tree on the afternoon included the 60m dash where Holley Johnson took 85^th with a time of 9.23 seconds. Emily Feldman was 86^th, Elena Sieverding was 94^th, Carly Moore was 111^th, Lucy Bloomer and Zoie Simsonsen also participated. In the 400m, Holley Johnson was 29^th with a time of 1:09.98. Elena Sieverding was 38^th, Emily Feldman 73^rd, Lucy Bloomer 74^th, Carly Moore 82^nd, Zoie Simonsen and Karli Burr also participated. In the 800m, Natalie Patterson was 31^st with a time of 2:53.46. Macie Bopp was 38^th, Karli Burr was 53^rd, Sydney Alt 64^th, and Nico Smith also participated. In the 60m hurdles Emily Feldman was 22^nd with a time of 11.06 seconds, Holley Johnson was 54^th and Zoie Simonsen also participated. In relay events the Lone Tree 4×800 team of Natalie Patterson, Macie Bopp, Nico Smith and Sydney Alt were 12^th with a time of 11:46.09. In the shot put, Kaycee Kane was 27^th with a throw of 28’9”. Other throwers for Lone Tree included Morgan Hotz 46^th, Skyler Pettitt 49^th, Carly Moore 52^nd, Lillian Miller 56^th, Bailey Pierson 67^th, Kailyn Pettitt 76^th, and Jordan Akers 79^th.

The Lady Lions will open the outdoor track season March 28^th when they travel to Belle Plaine.
