A non-conference baseball showdown will take place in Washington tonight as the Demons host Williamsburg.
The Demons (11-7) will look to rebound after dropping a pair of games against Southeast Conference leading Fairfield on Monday. Ryan Loy will look to jumpstart that offense with his team leading .472 BA.
After a rough 2-13 start, Williamsburg (7-14) is starting to find their identity, as they are winners of five of their last six contests. The Raiders have a trio of players batting over .300 led by Josh Holub with a .350 BA. Zach Steckly is solid on the bump having thrown 25 innings with a 1.93 ERA.
The game gets started at 6 p.m. tonight at Washington High School. Tune into KCII to listen to the broadcast starting at 5:30 p.m. for the Washington HyVee pregame show.
