The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk volleyball team is back on the court at Tim Grady Gymnasium in Wellman tonight when they welcome the West Branch Bears for a River Valley Conference match.
Mid-Prairie comes into the contest with a 3-4 overall record, looking to stop a three match losing streak. Last time out they fell to Northeast Goose Lake in four games. On the season the Hawks are led by Maya Hall with 30 kills. Caitlyn Riggan has the team lead with 91 assists. Alison Yoder leads the Mid-Prairie defense with 73 digs.
West Branch enters tonight with a 3-6 overall record. Last time out the Bears were swept by West Liberty. On the season West Branch is led by Abby Fryauf with 63 kills. Riley Vaughan has the team lead with 79 assists and Kaiya Luneckas leads the Bears defense with 36 digs.
These two teams met a season ago with West Branch winning in five games. Action begins tonight at 7:15 at Tim Grady Gymnasium in Wellman.
