The Highland volleyball team finished the year sixth in the Southeast Iowa Super Conference north division with a 10-15 record.
The Huskies’ best stretch came in the middle of the season when they won eight of 12 games. Alyson Stokes made the most of her junior season leading the team with 112 kills and Bailey Harmston was right behind with 110. Kylie Wood collected the most assists with 154 and Murphy Beinhart had 146. Defensively Sydney Black did her part managing the ninth most digs in the division with 261. Leading the team in blocks was Harmston with 35 on the year. As a team the Huskies were successful on 87% of their serve attempts and collected 161 aces.
Highland fell in the first round of regionals to West Branch. The Huskies lose Beinhart, Black, Harmston, Brylee Carolan, and Katie Gerot to graduation.
