It was a Southeast Iowa Superconference doubleheader split Tuesday at Hillcrest Union between Iowa Mennonite School and the Louisa-Muscatine Falcons.

In the girls contest the Falcons got the win 56-46. It was tight at 13-12 L-M after one quarter and the Falcons got some breathing room in the second, taking a 26-18 lead in the half. IMS responded out of the locker room outscoring the Falcons 15-9 in the third to pull within two but the Falcons finished with a 21 point fourth quarter to get the win. Suzanna Yoder led IMS with 25 points. Alyssa Hershberger went double double with 13 points and 12 rebounds. The IMS girls are now 3-14 on the year.

The Iowa Mennonite boys ran their winning streak to six straight with a 64-53 win over L-M Tuesday. The IMS boys are now 15-2 on the season. The IMS boys and girls will both be in action Thursday when they travel to Pekin.
