The Winfield-Mt. Union girls’ basketball team had four players recognized by the Southeast Iowa Super Conference being named to the all conference teams.
Lexee Hartsock was the headliner for the Wolves being named to the first team. The senior finished fourth in the north division with 15.8 points per game and connected on 51% of her shots. She was also eighth in the division with 7.2 rebounds per game. The post player got it done at the other end of the floor as well with 44 blocks and 26 steals.
Allie McArtor was named to the second team. No one hauled in more rebounds in the SEISC than the senior finishing the year with 236 to average 10.3 per game. She averaged 4.4 points per contest, had 36 assists, and 30 steals.
Karley Schlee and Lauren Jamison were recognized as honorable mentions. Schlee led the team in assists with 58 and was the second leading scorer with 5.7 points per game. Jamison averaged three points per game, dished out 52 assists, and brought in four rebounds a contest.
Winfield-Mt. Union finished with an 11-12 record.
