The Sigourney Savage boys basketball team received recognition from the South Iowa Cedar League for their play this season.

Sophomore Brady Powers was a second team All-Conference selection. Powers led the team and was sixth in the conference averaging 12 points per game. His 53 assists were sixth best in the conference, his 52 steals were third most and he pulled down 71 rebounds.

The Savages had a pair of honorable mention selections with juniors Spencer Magill and Kyle Weber. Magill averaged 10 points per game, 10th most in the conference. His 53 assists were sixth most in the conference, his 35 steals were 10th most, his 22 blocks were fourth most and he pulled in 112 boards, 10th most in the league. Weber scored five points per game and finished fifth in the conference with 119 rebounds.

The Savages ended the season with a 10-13 overall record.
