Iowa Mennonite School senior Cole Ours wrapped up his athletic career at IMS with the baseball season this summer, but not before putting his name in the all-time record book.

During the 2018 season, Ours stole 27 bases, that total is the third most in a single season in IMS history. His 40 total stolen bases over his career are the eighth most in program history. Ours was patient at the plate, drawing 55 walks during his career at IMS eighth most all-time. He also scored 83 runs during his four years on the diamond, eighth most in the history of the program. Ours was a first team all-conference selection this year on the infield and IMS reached their second straight substate final in 2018.
