The award recognizes those who excel at promotion, and show passion for agriculture.

Chalupa received the award last week at the ISA Awards Banquet in Ankeny. Chalupa was selected to participate in the American Soybean Association’s Ag Voices of the Future program over the summer. She also volunteers her time at events including ISU Animal Learning Day, Iowa FFA State Convention, and the Iowa State Fair. According to Chalupa, this is just the beginning, “I plan to continue to promote the soybean industry in Iowa, Washington D.C. and possibly internationally by continuing to take advantage of every opportunity available.” Chalupa is currently a sophomore at Iowa State University, studying agricultural communications.
