Washington County will have nearly $45,000 coming back to it. At the recent Washington County Board of Supervisors meeting, Auditor Dan Widmer explained that annually the board considers the cost allocation plan. The plan includes the indirect costs that the county can recover and this year it amounted to $44,710. The fee for the company that conducts the plan is about $4,500, which Widmer called a good return on investment. The supervisors approved the certification of the cost allocation plan unanimously.
