According to the National Drought Mitigation Center, a year ago 15.23% of Iowa was in moderate drought and nearly 54% was abnormally dry. This is the 12th week in a row for Iowa to not have any drought conditions. Locally, the Iowa, English, and Skunk Rivers are all below flood stage.
