A flood warning continues for the Iowa River near Lone Tree. The National Weather Service has issued the flood warning through Thursday. Flood stage is 15 feet and as of Monday it was nearly a foot above flood stage. Minor flooding is occurring and at 15 feet water affects low-lying roads. If you come across a flooded road, turn around, don’t drown. The Iowa River at Lone Tree is expected to fall below flood stage Thursday.
