Mid-Prairie wrestler Isaac Boucher made his way to the podium at the 2019 state wrestling tournament in Des Moines over the weekend.

After dropping his opening match he rebounded with three straight wins to make his way through the consolation bracket. On championship Saturday, he was met with a pair of defeats at the hands of Dalton Chipp of Hampton-Dumont and Noah Bandstra of East Marshall.
