A man was arrested after being spotted climbing a fence into a business in Washington. Washington Police arrested 38-year-old Brett Allen Wulf. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 8:14 p.m. Wednesday dispatch received a call that a man was climbing over the fence into a business in the 100 block of North 15th Avenue. Police and Washington County Sheriff’s personnel responded and found Wulf. He was charged with burglary in the third degree, operating without owner’s consent, criminal mischief in the fifth degree, and charges are pending per DCI lab results. He was taken to the Washington County Jail. At 11:31 p.m. Wulf was charged at the jail with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. He is being held at the Washington County Jail.
