Shop from home on KCII this week. The bi-annual KCII Home Shopping Extravaganza is live on the air this week. You can make purchases on the air from 10 a.m. to noon and 1-5 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with a bonus hour of 6-7 p.m. Tuesday only. KCII General Manager Joe Nichols says there’s a variety of items and businesses, with some one-of-a-kind items, “What I would says is plethora of different things, from restaurants to some new destination getaways. There’s go-karting. There’s a hot tub. I think we’re going to have a bike. I mean there’s all kinds of different items, so regardless of what your needs might be, whether you’re a family looking for something to do with a family, if you’re an individual and you just want to go do some golfing, I mean, there’s an option for about everybody with this.”

Discounts will vary throughout the three-day event and some items may sell out. Find a list of merchandise here, write down what you’re looking for, and then call 653-4513. Purchases can be picked up Friday or Saturday at KCII in downtown Washington.
