The KCII-Home Shopping Extravaganza has come to an end and now is the time to pick up purchases. Over 150 area business took part in the three-day shopping event with an array of items for sale from grocery specials to restaurant certificates to jewelry to speakers to a bicycle. KCII General Manager Joe Nichols says the bi-annual event is busy but fun, “It’s always a little chaotic but it’s a lot of fun. You know, we get to meet a lot of people every year with this. There’s so many people that like to participate. So that’s the other part of that too, is we get to see you when you come to pick up those items.” Items should be paid for and picked up at KCII Radio at 110 East Main Street in downtown Washington between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Friday or 9 a.m. and noon Saturday. Any remaining merchandise may be purchased at 50% off during the pick up hours.
