KCII Home Shopping Extravaganza purchases should be picked up today. Staff is available 9 a.m. to noon to process purchases that were made live on the air during the three-day shopping event. Over 150 businesses took part with an array of items from food to a hot tub to hotel stays to jewelry. KCII General Manager Joe Nichols says the bi-annual event is busy but fun, “It’s always a little chaotic but it’s a lot of fun. You know, we get to meet a lot of people every year with this. There’s so many people that like to participate. So that’s the other part of that too, is we get to see you when you come to pick up those items.” Any remaining merchandise may be purchased at 50% off during the pick up hours. Items should be paid for and picked up at KCII Radio at 110 East Main Street in downtown Washington between 9 a.m. and noon Saturday.
