Due to snow, ice, and frigid temperatures causing school to be cancelled multiple days in January and February, the school calendar at Washington High School is being adjusted. Washington High School Principal Erik Buchholz announced the end of the third term will be moved from March 15th to March 29th. The finals schedule will run on March 28th and 29th. The fourth term at Washington High School will start April 1st. School will be in session April 22nd, it had originally been scheduled as a day off, but due to the weather-related cancellations the school board approved holding class that day. Graduation will be held May 26th. At this time, classes will be in session in Washington through June 7th.
