Iowa Mennonite School senior Caleb Gingerich wrapped up a great career on the basketball floor this season. Gingerich finished in the top 10 in program history for career assists, totaling 247. That number ties him with 2017 IMS grad Nick Yutzy in the 10th spot. Gingerich’s best season for assists was his senior year where he led the Superconference most of the season and ended up with 102 total, third in the Superconference North division. His single game career high also came this season when he dished out 12 assists in a come-from-behind win over Danville. The all-time record belongs to 1992 grad Jason Hershberger with 435.
