Students, teachers, and staff have a one-week break from classes in the Washington Community School District. Spring break is officially underway. The Demons will return to class Monday, March 25th. The week away from classes coincides with Kirkwood Community College’s spring break.

Following the inclement weather that caused school to be cancelled in January and February, the district considered holding classes during spring break, but with nearly 30 staff members planning to be unavailable that wasn’t a feasible option. Next year’s spring break will be three days long.
