Two vehicles collided east of Ainsworth Monday afternoon. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 4:06 p.m. A vehicle was struck across from the Ainsworth Four Corners. Nobody was trapped but one person was complaining of shoulder pain. The two drivers were Amy Hagmeier of Winfield and Emily Wade of Kalona. Washington County Sheriff’s personnel, Ainsworth QRS and Ainsworth Fire Department responded to the scene. Washington County Ambulance and Washington County Rescue were told to disregard. Hagmeier was cited for failure to yield upon entering a through highway.
