A Crawfordsville man was arrested for sexual abuse and disseminating obscene materials to minors. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 4:47 p.m. Thursday a deputy arrested 32-year-old Joshua Alexander McBride who was wanted out of Linn County. He was arrested for revocation of pretrial release on original charges of two counts of sexual abuse in the third degree and dissemination exhibition of obscene materials to minors. He was arrested in the 200 block of West Columbus Stret in Crawfordsville. McBride was taken to the Washington County Jail and extradition arrangements were made with Linn County. Bond was $5,000 cash only.
