The Iowa Mennonite School girls track and field team began the 2019 season on the indoor track at Kuyper Fieldhouse in Pella for the Central College High School Indoor.

Top finishes on the day included Leah Bontrager seventh in the 800 with a time of 2:43.84. She was also 48th in the 400. Suzanna Yoder was eighth in the 400 with a time of 1:03.64. Yoder was also ninth in the 200 and 18th in the 60m dash. Ainsley Shaw took 25th in the 3000, Esther Hughes was 31st in the long jump, Sarah Miller 41st in the shot put, Makenzie Gutierrez 56th in the 200 and 62nd in the 60m, and Ava Hughes was 102nd in the 400. In relay events the IMS 4×200 team of Gutierrez, Hughes, Bontrager and Yoder were 19th in 2:01.24.
