Two vans collided in Washington Tuesday morning. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 8:25 a.m. two vans struck each other at the corner of Madison and Highway 1. There were no injuries. The two drivers were Lisa Waddell of Wellman and Erin Martin of Washington. As heard live from the scene on KCII, the vans came to rest in the middle of the intersection and traffic was being controlled by law enforcement through the area. Martin was cited for failure to yield upon left hand turn. Washington Police, Washington Rescue, and Washington Firefighters assisted at the scene.
