Flooding is continuing in Louisa County. The National Weather Service still has flood warnings in effect along the Iowa River at Wapello and Oakville. Minor flooding is occurring in Wapello. The warning at Wapello is in effect until Monday morning. As of Wednesday night the water was falling, and it is expected to be below flood stage Monday morning. At Oakville the warning has been extended to Wednesday. Minor flooding is occurring. Flood stage there is 11 feet and water was nearly three feet higher, impacting agricultural land and several county roads.
