The Washington Boys track and field team continued their early season schedule Thursday with a trip to rival Mount Pleasant.

The Demon boys came away with one event title on the night as Ethan Hunt continued to dominate the 400, winning with a time of 53.34 seconds.

Other top finishes for Washington included Mitchell Driscoll second in the 200, third for Lincoln Kleese in the long jump, fourth for Evan Horak in the mile, fourth for Justin Simmering in the 800, fourth for the sprint medley team Brandon Dickel, Jacob Miller, Spencer Sotelo and Hunt, fourth for the distance medley team of Cade Pouren, Luke Turner, Driscoll and Horak, fourth for the 4×400 team of Hunt, Ben Schiefer, Simmering, and Driscoll, fifth for Kleese in the 110 hurdles and fifth for the shuttle hurdle team of Kleese, Schiefer, James Medrano and Jarrett Bender.
