Welcome To Riverside

Riverside is one step closer to breaking ground on a 71-lot housing development. At the recent city council meeting the construction plans were approved for the city to provide streets, sewer and water to the first 14 lots. This is phase one of the five-part project that will create a total of 71 residential lots, with a mixture of single-family and multi-family homes. The infrastructure for phase one will run the city an estimated $500,000. Mayor Allen Schnider says he hopes to begin construction this spring.
