Riverside has hired a consulting firm to help fill their City Administrator vacancy. The city has hired Hinson Consulting of Washington for $11,000. The firm will not only help them reach out to possible candidates, but help in determining the role of the city administrator. The decision to reach out to a third-party firm came after a candidate they had lined up to fill the position decided to decline the offer. Riverside has been without a city administrator for nearly four years.
