A Washington resident has been named the Vice President of the parent company of CBI Bank and Trust. Sara TeBockhorst has been promoted to Vice President of Central Bancshares Inc., of Muscatine. TeBockhorst joined West Chester Savings Bank as a personal banker in 2008 and then transferred to be a compliance officer in 2012. She attained accreditation as a certified regulatory compliance manager in 2016 and was promoted to assistant vice president in 2017. She works remotely in Washington and at the company’s headquarters in Muscatine.
