In foggy conditions Saturday morning a vehicle rollover occurred in the northbound lanes of Highway 218 near mile marker 72. 

Natalie Yelton of North Augusta, South Carolina was driving her 2004 Toyota Camry northbound while talking to her front seat passenger and not paying attention to the roadway. Her vehicle left the roadway, onto the shoulder near median and lost control. The vehicle then skidded across both lanes of the highway, entered the north bound ditch, and skidded in the ditch until it struck a tree. She was transported to University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics in Iowa City. Both occupants were wearing their seatbelt. Responding to the scene were Washington County Ambulance, Ainsworth Fire and QRS and Washington County Rescue.
