Mid-Prairie has renewed their lease with the City of Wellman and YMCA of Washington County for the use of the Wellman Parkside Activities Center. The lease will be good for three years and the district will pay $10,000 a year, half going to the City of Wellman and half going to the YMCA. This agreement is an increase from the $4,000 they have been paying the last three years. Mid-Prairie is also in a similar agree with the Kalona Rec Center to use their facilities.
