The Winfield-Mt. Union and Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk boys golf teams were in action Tuesday at the West Liberty 18-hole Invitational.

The Wolves posted the best area team score, taking sixth with a team count of 354. Central DeWitt won the meet with a 317. WMU was led by Nolan Ross with an 82. Other scores for the Wolves included Jarod Kadel 87, Graham Hagge, Noah Freeman and Brady Loyd 94s and Jacob Kongable 109.

Mid-Prairie was seventh with a team score of 360. The Golden Hawks were led by Noah Schlabaugh with an 81. Other scores for the Hawks included Ryan Smit 86, Dominic McCain 97, Chaz Patterson and Kayden Reinier 98 and Abe Bender 103.
