For the first time in 10 years, Riverside will update their zoning map. At the recent city council meeting, MMS Consultants was hired to update the city’s zoning map, which has not been done since 2009. The city will be charged on an hourly basis, not to exceed $5,000. This will clear boundaries between residential and commercial zones as the city has added housing since the last update.
