A Keswick man has pleaded not guilty to a sexual abuse charge after allegedly molesting a child he was babysitting. According to court records, 33-year-old William Mann was charged with second-degree sexual abuse stemming from a January incident. Since then, a no contact order has been issued between Mann and the victim. The victim is under the age of 12. On April 8th, Mann requested new counsel, which was granted four days later. He is now being represented by Gary Oldenburger. Less than a week later Mann filed a not guilty plea to the charge of second-degree sexual abuse. His trial is set to begin June 18th in Keokuk County.
