By the slightest of margins the Washington boys’ golf team edged their competition on Monday in a home triangular.

The Demons shot a nine-hole score of 178, just ahead of Fairfield’s 179. Keokuk rounded out the teams, shooting a 227. Washington’s Brock Sobaski added another meet-medalist performance to his resume with a winning score of 40. Other Demons included Caleb Tanner with 43, Brady Knutson with 46, Grant Sobaski with 49, and John Prohaska with 56.

The Demons hit the home links again Friday for a triangular with Mount Pleasant and Fort Madison.
