Two vehicles collided in Washington Tuesday afternoon. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 2:47 p.m. the crash happened at the intersection of East Van Buren Street and South 6th Avenue. The two drivers were Pamela Rae Vongpanya of Washington and Sara Morrison of Washington. There were minor injuries. Morrison was cited for failure to obey upon entering a through highway.
