A woman wanted out of Washington County after rolling her SUV at a high rate of speed and cited with multiple charges was located in Iowa City. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 5:08 p.m. Tuesday authorities located 26-year-old Kelley Suzanne Williams in Iowa City. She was transported to the Washington County Jail. She has two warrants including failure to obey a traffic device, failure to maintain control, operating while intoxicated first offense, and assault on persons in a certain occupation.

On April 1st, Williams was traveling at a high rate of speed on Vine Avenue and crossed over Highway 22 without stopping at a stop sign. She lost control of her Jeep Grand Cherokee and it became airborne. It hit a power line and then rolled and came to rest on its side. She was the only occupant of the vehicle and was taken to the University of Iowa for medical treatment. Bond was set at $2,600 cash only.
