The Keota and Sigourney boys’ and girls’ golf teams make the trek to Grinnell today for the South Iowa Cedar League conference meet.
The Sigourney boys’ could be right near the top of the standings, as they have the second best nine-hole average with 173. Iowa Valley leads the pack with 169. Dustin Haines has the best individual average with 39.33 in six competitions. Luke Hammen leads Keota with an average of 44.25. On the girls’ side Sigourney is third in the east division with 228 strokes and Keota is at 252. Madison Schwenke leads Sigourney with a 49.86 average and Keota’s Lauren Imhoff is at 58.17.
Tee time is set for 10 a.m. this morning in Grinnell.
